Dublin Neighbourhood Tour
Do you want to get out of the city? And Explore a leafy neighbourhood, in South County Dublin. ‘Step through the Ages’: a delightful 2-hour walking tour in the vicinity of Leopardstown and Stepaside.
Your guide will enlighten you with stories of the people who lived here in the past even as far back as 5,000 years ago. Weaving in history, nature, facts and folklore with a couple of love stories for good measure. Commencing at Glencairn Luas Station our route includes Murphystown Castle, Glencairn House, Kilgobbin Castle, Kilgobbin Church & Graveyard and concluding at Fernhill Gardens.
Meeting Point: Glencairn Luas Station
If arriving by tram, take Green Line, 25 minutes by tram (Luas) from St Stephens Green to the above meeting point. Or Dublin Bus 47 or 44 or if Parking needed at the Glencairn Park & Ride.
End Point: Fernhill Gardens, Car Park available and also serviced by Dublin Bus 47 or 44b
